In short, if you need to modify the automation afterward for any reason, you have to deal with several technical obstacles (ex. automated e-mails are sent partly to subscribers, some of the e-mails of the workflow are not sent at all, automation stops running, etc.), so it is better to build the automation from the beginning, which in turn means a lot of unnecessary time loss, and thus the essence of the automation itself is taken away.
